Amazing Experience in Nepal with 7 Day Annapurna Base Camp

From the moment we arrived in Nepal until boarding our flight home, the Alpine Eco Trek staff were there for us. Our guide Ram Gopal was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our needs. He made sure we were adequately prepared for each day on the trail and had a wonderful sense of humor that we thoroughly enjoyed. Given the choice of accommodations on this trek, we had the best at every stop. The food was plentiful and diverse. A cultural day with Ram Kumar and a Nepalese dinner was a wonderful ending to an amazing experience in Nepal. We would highly recommend this company to anyone planning a trek. Be sure to ask for Ram G as your guide. The memories we have from this trip will last a lifetime. Thanks, Ram Kumar and Alpine Eco Trek Team.

7 Days Annapurna Base Camp, Guide Ram and Porter Gokul

I am a 59 year old woman. I was initially attracted to Alpine Eco Trek because their prices were just over a half of some of the other trekking companies. I flew to Nepal to trek Annapurna with my 22 year young daughter who was volunteering in Pokhara. Mr. Ram owner of Alpine Eco Trek met me when I arrived at Kathmandu airport and took me across to the Domestic airport. He had organized my flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara, and helped me book my pack onto the next flight to Pokhara. The next day he met me at Pokhara and showed my daughter and me the sights. For the 07 day Annapurna base camp trek he handed us to Guide Ram and Porter Gokul. They tailored the trek to my fitness level and we stopped when we wanted, ate when we wanted, and stayed extra nights or not. This was important because I was not as fit as my daughter, but I got much fitter the longer we walked. Over the trek, we bonded until it seemed that Ram and Gokul were part of our family. After 07 days of awesome views and majestic mountains. We returned to Pokhara, flew to Kathmandu and Ram showed us all around the Kathmandu area. The trip was a wonderful way of getting to know my daughter better and I highly recommend Alpine Eco Trek and intend to use them again.
