HOW TO BOOK A TRIP
Alpine Eco Trek and Expedition (P) Ltd is a leading government-licensed trekking and touring agency in Nepal. And accepts your bookings under the following terms and conditions. (License No. 132938/71/72).
Before making your booking please make sure that you have read the relevant tour program on our website, we also increase you to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS given below. It is most important that you choose a tour that is suitable to your experience and abilities. To secure your place, a 25 percent down payment is required to make in advance as per the company policy.
HOW TO PAY
Please kindly ask us the bank details once you confirmed the trips (Applicable bank charges should be paid separately by the clients).
And, to make the down payment, we suggest you use www.transferwise.com which is the best, fast, cheap and most reliable option; they send money to Nepal only in Local Currency (Nepalese Rupees).
Another option is also available, which is Xoom.com this is also a reliable website to send money to Nepal.

BY CHEQUE PAYMENT
Please kindly issue the cheque payable to Alpine Eco Trek & Expedition (P.) Ltd. and post it to the address: G. P. O. Box: 19844, Thamel Marg 29, Kathmandu, Nepal.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The payment for the outstanding balance of your tour/trek is due 7 weeks prior to your departure date. And, we suggest you pay the balance by cash or by bank transfer.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
We accept your last-minute booking with 100 percent payment (07 days prior to tour starting date ONLY IN CASES OF NEPAL TRIPS, but LAST-MINUTE BOOKING WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR TIBET, MT. KAILASH, AND BHUTAN TRIPS).
No refund will be made for a 25 percent deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
On our trekking and tour packages, rooms or tents are provided on twin sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed to the client who does not have another tour participant to share room/tent with.
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
AMENDMENT IN TOUR COST
We reserve the right to revise the pricing rate posted at our website, under any circumstances, or on pressure of various external factors that are further than our control, for instance, changes in the exchange rate, government action, etc. But, we put forth the effort to keep on the present rate.
If Alpine Eco Trek and Expedition (P) Ltd. cancels your trip thanks to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all monies paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
A tour/trek guide who represents Alpine Eco Trek and Expedition deserves all authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you are compelled to leave the tour. No refund will be made in such a case.
IMPACT ON YOUR JOURNEY
We put our every effort to ensure comfortable traveling of yours, but it is a must understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly impacts on your journey. Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm, and proper preparation before the head are must to venture into a journey.
You must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.
To make alterations of any trek/tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. You’re advised to stay in touch with us thus. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so en route under certain circumstances for instance bad weather, etc.
YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
On any account, we’re not answerable for any loss or damage of your luggage or property belonging to you even when shouldered by porters, ponies or vehicles. That means your personal possessions, and luggage are at your risk at the times.
PAPERS AND DOCUMENTS
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We’re not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absence of essential papers and documents.
RISK & LIABILITIES
We are committed to providing the best services which will give you a once-in-a-lifetime journey in this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire programs in Nepal/Tibet/Bhutan/India are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of their’ own policies.
Therefore Alpine Eco Trek and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, Landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, Any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients on the spots.
